We loved our stay. The grounds were amazing and the staff at the princess grand was amazing and even upgraded us to the adult side which was so sweet. The concierge at the Yucatan was not the best. We got a massage and were opting for separate massages as they were a lower price which was a great deal but they kept pushing the couple massage and assured us the price sheet was for both people. We get to checkout and it ended up being 300 usd. Other than the concierge at the Yucatan all the staff was sooo great and we would indeed go back. All the wildlife was so cool to see.

I enjoyed the warm welcome! They did approach me about their resort package. My room was nice. Just had that wet mildew sent. I loved the access to the pool from my room. I do feel like the pool can be renovated the tiles... the food was pretty good! I also enjoyed the events and the scenery. Very calm and freeing. I had the massage and Antonio did an Amazing Job! Put me to sleep. The con though, is the beach. I wasnt impressed with beach. It was so rocky. Almost broke my toe and twisted my ankle trying to access. But it was pretty.

Large property that is hard to navigate at first. You will be handed a map. Rooms were in disrepare. We ended up in 3 different rooms throughout the 7 day stay due to this. They will push you to go to their timeshare presentation that isnt only 90 min, expect minimim of 2 hrs.

Overall we had a wonderful time! My partner and I were there for 2 weeks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was huge which we liked as there was lots of options and things to do. If you want a quieter pool, they have it. If you want the party pools they have that too. The beach is beautiful and there is lots of lawn chairs to select from. Food was great! The buffets were clean. The restaurants were great and staff were always professional and friendly. Our favourite was the teppanyaki! Our only negative thing was the coatis animals. They were everywhere! At first they’re cute but when they are stealing food and drinks from people and breaking into your room it gets to be annoying. Hard to relax when you have these things coming at you every where.

Good people, good service. The food is worse than half year prior, any soups are very spicy, no salt in food and on the tables. Too noisy in the buffet, no wheat bread. ALso too much coaty, they are sleeping on the night on balcony in the chairs and poo on the floor, make noisy, and taking all trash from the trash cans. We've was tri times in your resort in 1.5 year but will be not coming again because the animal's restroom on the balcony is not what we've expected for us vacations. Also, before the room will be ready for your customers need to check: what is does not working. I don't need to call to plumbing, electric, manager. etc. to fix a lot of the small problems.

The hotel all inclusive. But it’s hard to find food for lunch if you don’t want to change the swimsuit. Some days it were no options at all. Super swimming pools. Really clean property with cute wildlife animals .

Overall a good all inclusive hotel. Salespeople at every corner bothering people, its really annoying. Also, beware of the excrusion company that sits at the hotel (BD experience), they charged us twice and refused a refund. Had to report it as fraud. The hotel did not care.

The service was impeccable. The staff was wonderful, they were always happy and helpful. Bring lots of tipping money because they certainly deserve it. The only thing I didnt always like was the food at the buffet, but only sometimes. The pools are always clean and well maintained. We stayed in a swim up suite which I highly recommend because of the accessibility to your own things and your bathroom.

We had a really good time. My wife and I really loved the swim out pool. I was very impressed with the facility however the ocean just didn’t have very clear water. You win some and you loose some.
