Second time staying here. Beautiful resort. Lots of amenities and restaurant choices. Several large pools. Beach is small but the pools make up for it. Erosion has made the beach area wanting.

Service, staff and food was incredible, absolutely amazing. Every person we interacted with was helpful and friendly. Appreciate their hard work. Hotel was nice and clean. A lot of activities, restaurants. Entertainment is great. BUT there is no beach. In the ocean side dozens of sand bags, looks horrible…not possible to swim. The only thing we needed from this vacation was the beach. No words to describe how sad it was. We tried to book another hotel and leave in the first day, but at the last moment everything was expensive and we had to stay and go to Princess hotel (next to ours) to hang out on the beach.

This was our second time staying at the resort.The first time was great the second time was so so. You can definitely tell that they are trying to better the resort in some areas. But they do not regulate smoking areas, so people are smoking everywhere. Very hard to go sit by the pool with people smoking right beside you. Also the push for timeshare ownership is ridiculous. They wont take no for an answer and waisted a day of our vacation touting us around just becaise we didnt want to be rude and say leave us alone. I wanted to stay at your resort, was this not good enough? It will be the last time we stay. Time to find something better

This was our first time at this resort and loved it! The staff from the front desk, concierge, waiters, bartenders, room service and all privilege areas were beyond accommodating. Our room in the junior suite swim up area was spacious, clean, private, romantic and comfortable. We also loved the private privilege beach area. We liked the idea of having different areas throughout the resort that were quiet and relaxing and then other areas that were more full of life for when you wanted to party. We would def come back in the future

The property was beautiful, however staff were not friendly at all. They seemed to be easily annoyed by little request, especially at the pool side bars and buffet. Additionally, the resort was over crowded, each day the pool side lounge chairs were all taken before 1pm and the only option was to sit at the beach. Food on the resort was mediocre at best, and they attempted at night life but missed the mark. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend nor return to this property.

Aylin was a great help from the concierge and was extremely helpful! The beach had a lot of seaweed and a funky smell and the water eas dirty. Didn’t even go in it. The pool at the beach was great but it was a boring atmosphere! They need music there and a swim up bar!! If it had that it would be packed!!!! The other pools were nice and the restaurants were great too!
