Horrible to say the least. Guests next to our room were yelling, playing loud music, and smoking marijuana all night. A call to front desk was made and security was called but after they left, the guests went back to partying. We left at 3:30am after a sleepless night and could no longer tolerate the noise and marijuana smoke. Management refused to help me or remedy the situation. There was no front desk clerk to be found when the decision was made to leave. Poor management and failed good paying respectful customers.

Great addition to Reno's; however under staffed.
Wonderful remodeled rooms and property; very well done, kitchenette in Aspen Tower Rooms was cleverly done and added value. Also, I appreciated the art and art walk installations in the property and along 4th Street. Staff were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the shower stall grout lines were moldy, despite the beautiful marble, and the management did nothing to address or midigate it, over the course of 2 days.
