We stayed on the 20th floor. Evidently the side where the parking garage opens up. So at 2:30am we woke up to reving engines squeling brakes speeding off. This woke everyone up and lasted for about 40 minutes! Thankfully it snowed on Saturday night so not a crowd. I will not stay there again.

Loved the view from our room. What I didn’t like was that the elevator wasn’t working! We stayed in the 6th floor with four elevators, but only one barely worked. We had to take a freight elevator up to our room at night. We waited five minutes to get down to the lobby to check out. Our coffee cups in our room were dirty and obviously reused. Machines were super tight, tried to eat at Ruth’s Chris but were told it was full for the evening, even though it was empty at the time (4pm). Really would appreciate a refund or at the very least a comp. Come on Carano family, I know you are better business people than what we experienced!

The hotel was fine but the hallways and rooms are very loud. The faucets had no water pressure. The elevators and escalators were broken causing big lines and the food was crazy expensive.
