Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. Appreciated the free parking. Room was clean, bathroom clean, bed was fairly comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of pillows (only 3 for a king bed) and the quality of the pillows (they were very flat, needed at least 2 of them to sleep on). Casino was good, staff were very friendly. Would stay there again.

The staff was amazing front desk was very helpful and made our experience easy. We'll come back with the family. Only thing I would say if the hotel provided us with the nightly show or live entertainment

The indoor garden and waterfall area is quite nice. My room was clean and roomy. The value is good. The only drawback is that the casino is a bit smoky.

First bad impression was the valet not being content with the amount he was tipped. Didn't feel safe leaving my car again with them. The inside of the building was clean, the air seemed stale. Other casinos seem to have better air circulation. The room was ready earlier than expected. It was overall clean. However, the bedding was not very comfortable! It was really itchy against the skin! I made sure it wasn't a bed bug issue and it wasn't. All three off us didn't sleep very well because of this. I will not be using this hotel in the future!

Parking was a bit confusing. The atrium was by far our favorites with shops and restaurants and the plants everywhere. The checkout process was really easy which was so nice.
