Checked into the room. There was construction. Which staff did not advice if. The whole entire time trying to rest noisy construction in room below or above us. Loud hammering, sawing, banging. Very disconcerting. I called front desk and all they said was they were having room constructions. We check out 3 hours later...couldn't take the loud atmosphere. Making us feel valued less of. Spending money on a room that we could not enjoy. While/also a 200 dollar hold. That we knew nothing about until we checked in. Hopefully, they will release my 200 hold soon

While the property and staff were great NOTHING could make up for the kids running in the halls most of the day and night. Even worse were their parents partying and drinking in the hall way most of the night!

Checked in around 3:30PM. Was told my room was not ready to come back later to check in or I could get a double queen. Kept insisting on it. I booked 2 weeks in advance and would not accept. Somehow they just happen to have a King room available for my check in after my constant refusal! Ive stayed at this property many times amd this was unacceptable.

Horrible. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower temp wouldn’t stay warm, went from hot to cold in seconds! Very dirty, the place is falling apart

Toilet didn’t work called twice for a service call and the nicest man came up and tried to fix so we could flush the toilet at least but Ran every ten mins all night kept waking us up for two days. Customer service desk wasn’t very nice didn’t offer us to move to a working room. Someone’s old dirty hair clip was still in the shower for us with hair on it. Wasn’t a great experience. Won’t stay here again now

Sheraton provides a secure breezeway from the hotel to the casino. I felt safe when walking back late night. The staff was very helpful with getting me parking access.
