“I stayed at this hotel for three days due to work, and overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. The hotel is located next to a noisy highway, so light sleepers might find it disruptive. During my stay, my room was never cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there is no elevator, so if you’re on the second floor, be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, but considering the price, it’s a fair deal.”

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn in Ottawa East. Our room was clean and looked like it had been updated. The king bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The tv and air conditioning worked so we enjoyed having those in our room. We were happily surprised with their breakfast options. They had eggs, sausages, home fries, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee that was available all day. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Room service was good, the room was clean even the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. You have some option of drink, quick working man, snacks at the entrance but at your own fees. For me the placement was essential to move around Ottawa and to end all the beds were confortable.
