We love the options for dining. We ate at El Jefe’s which was good. But Gordon Ramsay’s fish and chips was amazing! I’m already looking forward to eating there on my next trip back.

I liked that you could connect to the Eldorado and the Circus Circus. I really was dissapointed in the hidden fees charged by the hotel for over 200.00 that was an unexpected blow for services I was never going to use. We were afraid to even have our room cleaned for hidden charges there so we never used cleaning or any other services and hope that $200.00 will not be charged. I have stayed in Vegas at resorts and never had any experiences with hidden charges. I will never recommend this facility/location to anyone going forward.

Casino and restaurant area great ambiance. Staff were pleasant and service efficient. Room was large and well appointed. Housekeeping very good. Nice that you can get to the other properties without going outside. Eldorado and Circus Circus public areas didnt seem as nice. Would stay again.

Great location to explore downtown and mid Reno
Far better than other casino hotels we’ve stayed at. Room was comfortable and didn’t smell of smoke! Pool area was quite nice. Well located to explore Reno. Would’ve liked better toiletries, there was no handwash and the body lotion smelt awful, didn’t try the rest! Would visit again.
