Parking is terrible. Charged 14 dollars a night to park half a block away in an ice covered lot. I have a disability and have a handicapped vehicle tag. There were only e handicap spots and they were occupied by non handicapped cars. I informed the desk clerk and She said that the police would ticket them. Never happened for 2 nights. Unacceptable.

Overall, everything was great. really enjoyed our stay. Only washroom countertop was too small, not enough space for our toiletries. Breakfast selection was incredible, and well arranged.

The room was clean but the bathroom really needed some updating. The faucet leaked. It had a urine smell to it. The heater fan was loud too. The check in staff was nice. Parking was $12 a day but there were few close spots. We had to park in a back lot.

The front desk staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very good and there were more than enough choices for everyone. We will definitely stay again.

The staff was great checking in and when we had questions. Found a ring box by the couch on the floor. Breakfast wasn’t what we expected and went next door for a filling meal. Great for walking everywhere and enjoying our night. No beer fridge in any rooms and my medication had to be in a fridge.
