The bath needed more cleaning, there was a musty smell when you walk into the bath. The shower curtain needed to be washed more often. There were also water stains on the floor. No towels in the bath and no extra toilet paper. The bath is always a huge issue for me and cleanliness there is extremely important.

On the app I requested a pet friendly hotel. Comort Inn popped up as an option. When we arrived they said they did not accept pets so we had to leave and could not get a refund.

The staff was very nice and friendly. However the hotel was horrible. It’s July therefore it’s hot outside. The AC at this hotel does not work. It turned on and off every few minutes. It wasn’t just my room, it was the entire hotel. I had to keep calling the front desk to see what’s the status of the AC. The phone in the rooms don’t work. I had to keep asking for more towels and toilet paper. When I got my room the trash was not emptied out. There was trash in there from the previous guests. AND it rained and water got inside the hotel in the hallways and rooms. Will not be staying here again.

The breakfast was very good! The cleanness of the bathroom was poor. Floor in bathroom was dirty. We found a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us in the bed.There was only 1 large towel.
