De que sirve tener un lugar tan bonito si el personal no tiene la mínima intención de hacerte sentir bienvenido, pésimo servicio, sabanas sucias.

The were many dishes on the menu not available, the waiters were not use to attend several tables, the service was not good and extremely slow. I think they were first time waiters and they brought you what they want and not what you want, some dishes were very cold

It was beautiful I wish I could have stayed a few more days. Only complaint is that you can hear everything from the other rooms. Man in the front desk was very helpful.
