Staff was great, accommodated all my needs, check-in and check-out,...they were able to get me in early check-in without me even asking, and were able to hold my bags and gave me a ride (shuttle) to airport due to a very lengthy departure time for my flight (roughly 12 hours),...in a city where resort fees run rampant, Tru by Hilton Las Vega Airport is a gem,...free breakfast, free self-parking, free airport shuttle, clean and comfy rooms, and of course, a great staff,...can't beat

Staff are very inflexible. We had to leave by shuttle a few minutes earlier than their breakfast time. They wouldn’t even want to entertain our request for a muffin or something easy to grab. But, their shuttle was few minutes later than what we had booked for! Guests have to be flexible but not the staff!

Airport hotels can be hit or miss and this was definitely a hit. The room was gorgeous and clean, the staff was kind, and the location was so easy to access. I would definitely stay again!

I liked that the facility was away from the hustle bustle of downtown Las Vegas and the airport.
