At first I called to confirm my booking and the person was so rude but she confirmed. Then when we arrived all the people were so kind and the castle is beautiful. The bedrooms need a maintenance ASAP because they are so humble and you feel like they are not clean enough 😔😔😔😔

We had to wait hours for our suite to be cleaned before we got the keys to come to a room not in the best conditions there was signs of mold crack tiles on shower vynil floors unfinished bed not properly assembled, everything it’s so old I get it it’s an old building but furniture and tv need a huge upgrade. The castle alone it’s amazing, however pool looks like it hasn’t been service in at least a year. It has a great view and it’s a great experience

I like the peaceful and safe environment as soon as drive or walk inside the premises. I also liked the historic and castle looks and great room to take panoramic pictures of the city. I did not like the inside of room. Blankets need to be updated and restrooms have a smell after you start using them. That’s the only thing. Otherwise everything is great.

I never checked in to Hotel and they won't give me a refund. They could not accommodate me with a 2 beds room. I even tried booking another room but was sold out. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Tried getting help multiple times but no one could help me and they were rude on the phone. I'm still trying to get a refund. I never checked in.
