Nice hotel. Very convenient area. Room was not as clean as we had hoped - some stains on comforters, and light switches all had grime/dirt on them that we cleaned off. Room temperature was great and easily controlled. However the hotel was very noisy. When we checked in there was another couple complaining about the noise and asking to switch rooms. We also dealt with very loud and inconsiderate people above us but we knew the hotel was booked to capacity so didnt ask about a change. Other guess were outside our door and banging doors in the very early morning around 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. we were told there would be complimentary coffee in AM, but not decaf was available which was a little disappointing. There also was supposed to be a pool, and we were told when we checked in that was unavailable. Nice hotel overall, but for the price we paid it was definitely lacking in the amenities, convenience and cleanliness areas.

Property was advertised to have a pool. My kids were very disappointed when we went down to the pool and there was a closed for maintenance sign on the door. The pool was drained and looked like it had been closed for some time. I would have booked at another hotel if I knew there wasn’t a pool. No one mentioned this when we checked in. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future, and would not recommend this hotel.

We have a good stay and would be back. One thing to note, and Im not sure if its always like this, but the indoor pool was not heated and was a bit cold. The restaurant on site is also not open daily (it was a Sunday for us so was not a big deal they provided a list of other places in the area) but good to know and you can check that in advance.

No airport transportation
I was disappointed that they would not offer airport transportation, as indicated in the description. I had to paid $60 for the uber. I found hair in the shower. Other than that the stay was good.
