It was more like a motel than a hotel, owned by Hilton! Very basic, one receptionist, Very slow elevator, they have 2 elevators but one was out of order. No complementary anything like you would find in similar hotels. The included breakfast was VERY basic. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. Over all, I was disappointed and won't go back!

Check in was sub par. Given no information on how to use unusual elevator, no information on how to use Wi-Fi or where information could be found; no information in room on television use. At check/in (which was done twice); requested morning shuttle and was told we were signed up for 6:30 shuttle that we weren’t signed up. Check out woman was lovely. As a Hilton Honors member I was ver disappointed in service.

Check in was very easy. Rooms were simple , no carpet (good) , shower isn't powerful and they have water softener., shower also has shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Bed was very firm. Over all room was clean . Hot breakfast served in the morning was average but enough...driving distance to the strip but avoid the traffic and use the side streets.
