This is our 2nd time staying at Solaz in less than 12 months. We loved it so much the first time we had to come back. The resort is absolutely breathtaking with modern architecture, every amenity imaginable, and the agave and cacti gardens are manicured to pristine perfection. The staff is so incredibly friendly and hospitable. A big thank you to Gabriel who went above and beyond for making our stay so special. Our gratitude to Pedro, Irving, and Teo for their top notch poolside service! And of course the staff at Cascabel for breakfast every morning. It feels like a home away from home. We can't wait to visit again!

We travel a lot and this hotel has to be on the top 5 most beautiful properties we have visited. We stayed for 5 nights - The staff was so helpful and friendly. Everything was impeccable. This is a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The staff are some of the friendliest I have ever encountered and it seemed genuine at all times. We especially liked Gustavo at Mako who made our dinner most memorable and our butler, Joshua, who was so kind and attentive. They are both very warm gentlemen.
