This hotel is not on par with what i paid for. It was extremely dirty. The staff reeked of marijuana and ignored me when i checked in. Will never stay at this hotel ever again. If you can even call it a hotel.

Decent basic hotel
Clean, quiet, typical basic hotel. Close to restaurants and subway. Suggest to the quiet Socrates Sculpture Park which is nearby.

had constant key card issues. my room was infested by bed bugs and we didn’t know we were infested until after we all came back home to find bed bugs in our suitcases. the hotel is denying all plausibility and saying that we have no proof, but that is untrue. BED BUGS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE

Need more energy at reception - fortunately, the cleaning staff were very friendly. Small room suited us well for our short stay, clean room and well-stocked supplies, walking distance from Costco and the shops at Broadway, Astoria, adequate parking, safe area with many food options in the nite.

Disgusting condition
This property should never be listed on your website. It is generally worn out. The check-in process was OK but the female at checkout time was totally lacking manners and and totally un helpful. The metal handrails on the staircase to the second floor were disgustingly sticky and carpets real grubby. Bed sheets and towels were good, pillows dreadful. Everything worked in the tired looking bathroom but the toilet ran all night. Wyndham group should take a look at this property, if it meets their standards then they have a pretty low bar.

Room was on the first floor. I liked the convenience of walking out my room and being out the building under 30 seconds. Back and front doors remained open which gave the stay a very easy going/safe vibe that added to the experience. It also created a nice breeze through out the building. The rooms are pretty modern and offer many different lighting options. Bright/Blue/Relaxed. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Late night/early morning options are walkable(Diner/McDonald's). A pretty good Mexican spot was a few blocks down. I brought my bike, and the bike path is stones throw from the parking lot(If you have an above average arm). parking lot was great too. Very spacious and open. Exceeded expectations!
