This hotel had the lovliest staff……friendly, helpful, enjoying working with each other. It was very refreshing! The hotel was clean, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, it was quiet, and staff were very attentive.

Off their game.
We have many stays at this location in Central Valley and the service is always very friendly and responsive, and this time was no exception. Our issue on this trip was cleanliness and condition of the hotel, which was very out of character. Overflowing trash cans, very filthy lobby restrooms and a bug problem in our room. Evidently some sort of beetle that proliferates in the fall. They enter through the a/c unit and covered our ceiling while we slept at night. The front desk mentioned their efforts to contain, but access through the a/c unit made it difficult. Breakfast on Sunday was cold, not done well. All of this was completely out of character for this location based on our earlier stays. The current high cost of hotel rooms becomes more painful given the condition of the stay. We didn't receive the value for the expense this time.

Staff was great and the hotel was very clean. That was great and the free breakfast. Didnt have enough hot water for the shower most days, the hot tub was cold one of the 3 days we were there and my bed made a noise everytime I moved on it. The overall stay was good and again, the staff was amazing. They helped with everything!
