"Very disappointed on facility of this hotel. We booked two ocean view rooms. They are not like the normal ones showing on the pictures. Balcony has bricks wall instead of railing which we only have half of ocean view. One room had door locker broken which was fixed after two times trying. The black out curtains couldn’t completely be closed, no one cares even we reported two times. AC stopped working in one room and they had to change room for us. The new room we moved in had AC control panel screen showing issue.Booked wrong reservation for restaurant by the staff .Any issue we have reported to different staffs for three times . Poor facility and services. Only staff is great is Vallena who really care about our experience ."

"The maid did not leave towels, soap, and toilet paper some days. The pool concierge just takes your towels and clothes and moves them, and is very rude."
