Le personnel à la réception super gentil et compétent. Cependant la personne en charge du buffet déjeuner était impolie à la limite arrogante et très désagréable, 15 minutes avant la fermeture elle enlevait les assiettes non terminée de la table et d’une façon cavalière. Ce qu’elle voulait c’est fermer le plus tôt possible à 9:45 Am, la réception nous avait informé la fermeture à 10:00 Am

Great place to stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great location for restaurants and museums and the bus. Neighborhood behind was a little sketchy.

The view from the balcony and area was excellent. The room was clean and the staff pleasant. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work and my wife was not able to use the hair dryer. There was no other convenient place to plug it in. So she looked a mess during our stay. The breakfast staff are pleasant and work their butts off but the restaurant was not large enough to seat guests. We were a family of 4 and had no place to sit and eat our breakfast. It was chaotic and unpleasant. Does this meet with fire regulations?

To my surprise, I had to move the coffee maker to an area where I could plug it. 1st time ever The walls are like in 2000, need to be refreshed Could heart the construction around, no fun at 8h am.

The parking lot ramp is very steep. If you have a low car it’s scrapes. Other than that, just stay was amazing again.

Everything was fine except the parking. We parked our car near the hotel (the distance was fine) but the neighborhood was "poor" and we're scared to get my bike inside my car stollen

It was ok. Pros: Location for price. Cheaper than staying directly in Ottawa if you dont mind driving into Ottawa. Nice park close by close to the river with options of boat cruise you can get to within walking distance. Cons: Breakfast was not included as changes were recently made to the hotel/restaurant. You had to have booked prior to a certain date to be eligible for the free breakfast. Was not aware of this change during booking, which stated breakfast was included. The double beds felt very small! Perhaps I have forgotten just how small they are! Something to keep in mind. Booking through a 3rd party app requesting riverview room does not guarentee you will have a room with a balcony. Walls a very thin. Thankful for quieter visitors like us so there were no issues. Something others may like to be aware of.
