Decent proximity to SU but some basics would improve one’s stay. Room smelled like mildew. Shampoos would help. Room was decently clean otherwise

The place was clean and the room was nice. The continental breakfast was nice too. The ice machine on the floor was out of order so i had to go down to the basement but other than that it was a pleasant stay. I brought my dog and had no problems.

Air conditioner and bathroom fan were extremely loud! Off street Parking was very convenient. Not much around the hotel and didn't appear safe to walk at night!!! Hotel clean but outdated.

Worst mattresses and pillows ever. A new low to be better by. Breakfast is free, but skip it and don’t book here for the breakfast, it’s not great. Windows are original and do not block highway noise from late night cruising. And look like they have not been cleaned since 1920. The windows can not be opened to let in fresh air. In room a/c units either cool or not. Mostly they just freeze your toes as they are at the foot of the bed☹️ If you need to stay a night or more in Syracuse, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Front desk staff is very indifferent. Somehow they do not understand that without customers, they will be without a job. Next time business calls me to Syracuse, I will definitely stay elsewhere. Parkview is : Over rated Over priced

It was ok. We stayed just one night while visiting our son in Syracuse. The neighborhood is not very nice (highways) but the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Bathroom was cute. Carpet made the whole room feel a little obsolete … mattress was too hard for me but my husband slept well! TV is cable no HBO.
