We stayed there for two nights.
The first morning, I wanted to shower in the morning (7am) and there was no hot water. They don't have a maintenance guy on standby so they told me I had to wait until 9am for this person to arrive and fix the issue. I couldn't wait until 9 am since I had an early engagement. I ended up showering at a friend's house.
On the second night, my husband and I arrived at night and we didn't realize our AC wasn't turned on. We went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night, sweating because the room was so hot (that's our bad I guess, we didn't think we needed to turn on the AC ourselves). When we eventually did turn it on, it was making the most horrendous sound. We called the lobby to fix it, they couldn't (again, no maintenance guy on standby) so they moved us to a different room (at 2 am!!!!). In our new room, our AC wasn't turned on either. We turned it on, and it also made the worst sound (impossible to sleep). We called again and they switched us to a THIRD ROOM (at 2:30 am!!!). It is also worth mentioning that the person moving us from room to room was a security guard because I guess there were no receptionists at the lobby????
This is unacceptable for a BUSINESS CLASS HOTEL for which in most cases, you're paying for a place to SLEEP AND SHOWER (we couldn't do either).
