Even though they were doing remodeling, everything was still kept clean, organized and easy to get around no problem going up the elevators. Everything was kept clean. We had a really good time.

All the benefits of a timeshare
This is a timeshare property, so there were some unusual benefits, like a kids Game Center (which we used and enjoyed) a shuttle (which we used and enjoyed) and an on-site spa/massage (which we did not use.) The rooms were nice, clean and fairly updated. Our room had a jacuzzi bathtub and a full kitchen.

My room had a lot of problems. The TV remote didn’t work right it took a long time to get hot water. It was very poorly maintained. There’s no housekeeping it just needs updating however, I had a great view.

Excellent stay, excellent service. Outlet mall across the street. Shuttle to Excalibur from Tahiti daily, and to grocery store 3x a week. Clean, spacious, arcade, Denny's right next door. Great parking. Sits about 2 miles from the strip but on Las Vegas Blvd. We plan to stay there again in the late spring. Very satisfied, and resort fees and nightly lodging costs are cheaper than many other properties closer in on strip. I'd give it 5-Stars!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PROS: There is a free shuttle which picks you up and drops you off to and from the hotel to the Excalibur. The property lobby looked great and the people were nice. CONS: We were given a room on the 5th floor but the elevators were not working. The fifth floor smelled like body odor, the room was old, sheets were stained and the couch smelled bad. At night the wind made the palm trees bang against the windows making it impossible to sleep, and although the bad weather is not the hotel’s fault, they were unable to provide earplugs. The next day when we came back to our room it was not cleaned so we got a room change after talking to the front desk for 10 minutes (they didn’t seem to care about the problems we encountered). The new room was also pretty old but clean, the only inconvenient there was that the paper thin walls let us hear our next door neighbors “doing the deed” which was pretty uncomfortable.

Went there for a surgery and they knew it they knew I needed the accommodations to return from the surgery to our room where all my supplies and accommodations are…. The elevators for the entire tower were put down the entire time. I was in surgery for seven hours afterwards. We could not get to our room and I could not get to my supplies. I’ve never been more put out in my life. They have told me that they will take care of this. I trusted them to do it. I’ll let you know or my attorney will.

I went there for surgery and they knew it. They put us on the sixth floor and tower one the elevators didn’t work once I got back from surgery. I could not get up to my room to get my supplies. They did put us in another room for six hours without anything. We can get our suitcases our bags nothing. I’m proud of them for at least putting us into a different room. But I could not be more pissed off about what happened how it happened and the inconvenience that they put us through. They have promised to take care of this…. I guarantee I’ll let you know or my attorney will……

Beautiful resort grounds and huge clean rooms! Only issue was our air conditioner was broken and it was pumping out hot air. 83° in the bedroom made it uncomfortable to sleep. Maintenance did come the next morning and fixed it Will return

Stayed here a few times years ago and it was nice. Bathroom stank like urine. Old dried pasta and sauce stuck to doors. Lazy river was closed and wasn't disclose on website. Won't be staying here again.
