"We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Alltra Cancun Resort, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that truly made our trip special. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff and the entertainment team. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The entertainment team (Sandy, Andrea, Jimmy, Tadeo & Frankie), in particular, brought so much life and energy to the resort. They were engaging, fun, and made each day feel exciting with their variety of activities and shows. Whether it was pool games, beach volleyball, or evening shows, they never failed to keep the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The resort itself was very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and we always felt comfortable in the common areas and in our room. While the building is a little on the older side and could benefit from some updates, it didn’t take away too much from the overall charm and comfort of the place. As for the food, it was okay—decent variety and some good options, but not particularly memorable. We appreciated the effort to offer different cuisines, and there were always things to enjoy, even if it didn’t blow us away. In the end, what truly made the trip memorable was the incredible service and the positive, upbeat vibe throughout the resort. We would absolutely recommend Wyndham Alltra Cancun. "
