Excellent service, when I decided to prolong my stay and that there was no room available, they literally went the extra mile by giving me a golf cart ride to the other hotel I had booked! Perfectly located overall, quiet but minutes away from the hustle bustle of downtown.

Great hotel but some dissapointments

Although when it rained the water seeped under the door into our room. And when it started raining, you could smell the sewage in the bathroom.
The one thing that pissed me off the most was that they charged us for towels that had a small amount of make up residue on them. They claimed they had to do an "extra cleaning process" to clean the towel, but inactuality just washing the towels would have gotten rid of the make up.
I truely believe that this is a way for the hotel to take a little bit of your security deposit
So be weary ladies and gents. Dont wipe your make up on the face towels they provide for you

The Ysuri was AMAZING! My husband and 2 daughters (26, 24) stayed for four nights, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room (we had a 2 room suite) was large and very clean. The hotel is right at Sayulita beach, and only a 6-8 minute was to Los Muertos Beach. 3-5 minute walk to the town. Everything about this property was perfect!

Second time staying at this property. Place is well kept and staff is great. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Everything is walking distance. Cant say enough about the staff. They make u feel welcome and will help u with anything.
