Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Simple but very nice. My room was on the side of a very busy blvd. So it was very noisy but other than that it was good.

An excellent choice in Boca del Rio
This is an excellent hotel for business or for pleasure. Services are the best. Good food and drinks. It is easy to take different trips to sightseeing and shopping from there. I fully recommend it.

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son bonitas y accesibles, el A/C no es muy funcional.. en ocasiones no enfría bien. Las almohadas son incómodas, muy incómodas, y la cabecera no deja que la cama sea cómoda tampoco.

I liked very much the facilities cleanliness, but overall the staff attention was kind and made my stay comfortable. I stayed with my dog (2nd floor is designated for pets) and the room was comfortable with very good AC, despite the high heat peak in Veracruz during my visit I enjoyed the room , teh resataurant, and the ppol very much. I highly recommend this Hotel for stay with children and pet owners.
