The property and the staff were completely amazing! We received a free upgrade to the governors suite and it was so spacious and clean. Spice and Cin Cin were our most favorite restaurants. The buffet could have been a little better. I am a huge fan of breakfast but they didn’t have any bacon or sausage. That was a little disappointing. It would have been nice to have more variety with the entertainment. Overall, everything was great and we plan to return. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

We took a family trip with 6 adults and 2 children. We're ultimate members and that actually helped us enjoy our moments together. Greeted with cold towels and our room was great Jr. Suite with ocean view was amazing The preferred club served cocktails and snacks with a relaxed laid back atmosphere acess to the Mecuri club made breakfast special for us with excellent ocean views Buffet for breakfast and lunch with family. Dinner at the Capers, Cin Cin, Spice, and plenty of bar food options poolside our favorite was CIn Cin. The beach was fine and water felt great that had a place we could check the kids in when needed time adults only Kids Korner they loved it.. The only issue is they try and hawk you into coupons for credits for 90 minute presentation of time share future vacation options. We simply said no thanks about 10 times and they quit asking our stay was 4 nights the service was exceptional and we never had to ask for anything such as towels,coffee etc always clean and ready for us when we return from our activities.

Hotel was everything we could have asked for for a few days of relaxation. Superb food in the various restaurants, excellent courteous staff. We were upgraded from the room we booked to the grosvenor suite which was fantastic, a special thank you to Martin the front desk manager for that. The beach and pool area in the preferred area was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed! Look forward to visiting again!

Initially, I wasn’t very impressed, but that quickly changed thanks to the incredible staff. I have never encountered such friendly and accommodating staff at a resort before! Their warmth and attentiveness truly transformed our experience. The food was exceptional, much better than typical resort fare. They offered a variety of delicious options. I also highly recommend the spa. The massages were fantastic, and the hydrotherapy experience was incredibly relaxing. It’s definitely a must-do while you’re there! My wife and I will definitely be back.

The restaurant choices are all amazing quality. The staff are all very polite and accommodating. We love the smaller resort feel and the amenities. The only downside we found was when we were cornered to become part of their club; we sat through a 90 min presentation which turned into 180 mins. We did receive a boule of perks but not impressed.

Stayed for a week for my birthday and wedding anniversary (same week) Restaurants were wonderful lots of options. Nightly entertainment was very fun !! Property was very nice and tropical. We really enjoyed the pools and the gym was well equipped Only reason it’s not a 5 all around was there was construction a couple of floors down from our original ocean view room so it was very loud , however they moved us to an ocean front room to compensate , which was great They forgot my birthday but quickly regrouped and made up for it😊overall we had a wonderful vacation and would for sure visit this property again !!

A very nice resort
The resort was wonderful. The food was fantastic and the bars were well stocked. We would absolutely go and stay there again. The reason that I gave the resort 4 stars is because the wording of the room description is deceiving. We stayed in a Preferred Club Ocean View room. - the description says that you will get a free spa treatment per person - you will not get this. We asked a few times and the best info we ever received was that you could potentially get a 10 minute chair massage then they stopped talking about that and it never happened. - the part that says you will receive $200 credit to use at the resort - absolutely not. You will receive "$200" worth of discounts. The discounts were on spa, special meals, and potentially wine. I even brought this issue up to the staff and it was completely dismissed because they know that it's misleading. Again, overall the resort was great. I just wanted to clear that up for anyone.

Resort and room are clean. Staff are very professional. When weather is good, sea is beautiful. Swimming pools are clean. No big choice of food in buffet, but you will not be hungry. Because I travel with kids, we visited only Italian restaurant once, and I liked it. What was really disappointing, it is Coco cafe. I was in many Dreams and always thought that Coco cafe is the most sweet place in a resort but not on this resort. Staff are very friendly all over the resort except that cafe. Entertainment was okay.

The staff definitely make this property. Food is okay. Pool is nice . Beach isn’t great but staff work extremely hard to maintain it . Always had a good experience here .
