I am very disappointed with the experience at this place, I decided to take my girlfriend to Niagara Falls for her birthday, we made a long trip from Chicago driving to enjoy the wonderful falls and I thought this resort and its casino was the perfect place to stay. Although it seemed expensive to me, I thought it would be the ideal place for a birthday weekend, first of all, when we arrived, check in was supposed to be at 3pm but it was not, they told me there was a problem and we could not enter the room until 6pm, however, at 6pm they told me that I still could not enter the room because the problem continued, I demanded that they solve my problem. Well, I was tired from the long trip and I could see people going in and out of the rooms and floors. Finally, the receptionist (Debbie) assigned us a room. The next day when we returned we note that they did not do room service (they did not change towels, did not put soap, did not refill water) and we were not informed of the reason for the situation, however we were informed that the spa and the pool would not be in operation. Due to a plumbing problem on one of the floors which was a big disappointment for us because we wanted to enjoy the areas of the resort we went to three sister restaurant when you get in you note a bad smell in the place you can see that the carpet is old or dirty the dishes were poorly washed, the reception staff was not friendly at all the food was cold and finally when checking out

Horrible rude staff
Horrible experience, really poor customer service. They had last minute electrical maintenance notice, I had to leave early to airport with my 72 year old mother. when I called the front desk they did not have proper information about the maintenance and shift manager Juliana kept yelling at me and hanging up the phone. If they cannot handle customer questions well they should not be in service industry. I filed a written complaint with another manager but have not heard back

Very nice hotel. Wife and I are disabled and the staff made sure we were very well taken care of and given provided excellent help with unloading and loading luggage and parking. Love this place. we will come back next year.

“I had a disappointing check-in experience at After a long drive, I arrived 4 pm. only to be told that my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional three hours before finally receiving the room key. This delay, especially after such a long journey, was extremely inconvenient and left a poor first impression. While the staff were polite, the lack of preparedness was unacceptable.”

The hotel is meant for drunks who've mostly been gambling, not for families. Here's why: 1. There was a sticky stain on the carpet. 2. No housekeeping services during your stay 3. Employees are rude, couldn't care less. I called up about the stain but nobody did anything about it. 4. Food is subpar at best, terrible at worst. 5. Drinks are watered down everywhere The only good thing was the view, but then from the US side that's not really much. I'll not be back

Everyone said to stay on the Canada side of Niagara. This corner room was perfect for our honeymoon. Beautiful view of the falls and we could clearly see the fireworks every night Great food options here
