Hard to navigate around the property. No clear sign or direction.App doesn't work well. No notification of unusual activity. They close down almost all the restaurants and expect to scramble people to a small, limited buffet. Average wait time for a place to eat is 30 minutes to an hour. No alcohol in room except a few cheap beers. No 24 hours lounge for snack or ice bottle of waters. No coffee bar but expensive Starbucks.

It’s a nice resort they had some issues with getting guests around the grounds of the property and a few repairs going on but overall we enjoyed our stay.

They have a variety of restaurants, however, some of them couldn’t accommodate our group of 9, it was frustrating especially it’s a tourist spot and people travel in groups!?

I came here for my birthday and everything was absolutely amazing!! The people are so nice and so helpful. This was my first time in a n All inclusive resort and i love every bit of it. The food was great, the views, the entertainment. Special shout out Luana & Benjamin!! They are the best!! they made our trip every bit of amazing! We will be back next year!

This was such a beautiful and fun experience! I just wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was great and easy to get to. The staff were so nice and friendly, the food and drinks were nice. My only request was that they would play more latin music and less English to have gotten the full experience of being in Mexico. Can't wait to go back here again!

Travelled with a group and we had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options. The food can be hit or miss depending on tastes but there were some standouts. Loved the Asian restaurant and the 24 hour room service comes in handy and has decent options. I booked a beach massage and it was such an amazing experience, I definitely recommend visiting the spa for the hydrotherapy/spa treatment. However, one person in my group had asked about massage pricing and was quoted a crazy amount, and then when I called down to ask, I was quoted a much more reasonable price, so that was a little weird. The property is large so they have shuttles to transport you around, but the waits can be long and when traveling in a big group you end up having to separate a lot. The building on the suites side could use some love like a new coat of paint and some updates but otherwise everything was pretty great. We had first floor rooms that you could swim out into the main pool area which was fun.

I was really excited to stay here after the Hurricane, but my excitement dwindled when I stayed. The workers in general were friendly, but I missed a few days of my stay due flight issues and the hotel refused to refund my unused nights or offer me a date shift to modify my stay. My party consisted of 3 people and yet they put us in a room for 2 people and every time we ordered room service, they brought silverware for only 2 people and the bath towels were only for 2 people. We just felt we were not really taken care of properly. The best things about the hotel is the shuttle they offer to the airport and the swim up suite. The room itself was not in the best condition at all. We will never be staying at this resort again. Very disappointed.

By far the best customer service compared to other resorts and hotels i have been to in Mexico. The staff were very courteous and respectful! The rooms were clean, multiple dinning options. Please disclose on your amenities that “Free airport shuttle “ is only from cancun airport! There is also a sewer like smell around property exit that could use some attention. Overall, wonderful experience

The resort is huge, 3 properties together, the palms, suites and hidden beach. They have golf carts to shuttle you between places as suites did not really have restaurants, only for lunch was it open. So you have to go elsewhere for dinner and walking was an option if you don’t mind sweating. Everyone was really nice. When we checked in I pulled back the blankets and blood stains. How does a housekeeper put sheets on the bed and leave stained sheets on? So we called and they wouldn’t move us. Oh the couch had stains on it too. So did the curtain. All the light switches and outlets had dirt piled up on them and were sticky and gross. The lounge bed on balcony was stained there was also gunky dirty stuff on swim out pool railing I didn’t want to touch. We went to front desk and they said they would send a cleaning crew instead of moving us. They did replace the couch and change sheets. I was so upset I didn’t take photos of bed n couch before it was changed cuz I was just so upset and sad that our trip started that way. I did get photos of the other items. The staff for the most part was really friendly. Food was decent, Italian place was best. Room service tended to be cold upon delivery. Beach was nice on the palms side you can’t get to water on suites side. Free excursions that are included get booked fast n we were told no room until I basically cried to concierge. They do have airport shuttle and a ride to take you to city to shops after you spend two hours at a tour
