Todo me encanto! El hotel está divino, los restaurantes riquísimos Lo único que odie fue a los de travel club, me dijeron que sería un “tour de bienvenida” y nada de eso era, fue una plática aburridisima queriéndome vender una membresía, me hicieron perder dos horas de mi tiempo, el supervisor Alfredo se puso súper incisivo de querer que comprara algo que nosotros no estábamos interesados y lo mencionamos muchísimas veces y simplemente no paraba, súper incomodo Desafortunadamente al ser las primeras dos horas de nuestra experiencia en TRS, si afectó nuestra estadía Recomiendo mucho el hotel, sin embargo sugiero que tengan aún más actividades entretenidas para cuando llueve, ya que nos toco dos días de lluvia y las actividades no eran muchas, ni entretenidas

The butler service, especially Ricardo was outstanding. He made our trip special. The room was large with comfortable beds. The service staff from the drivers to the waiters at the restaurants to the bingo game at night. Highly recommend this hotel. It was worth every penny. You will not regret it.

This was our 1st stay. Based on some of the reviews I had seen, I thought it would have been better. Check in: The process took awhile as they were continually trying to get us to become rewards members. We have never been out of the country and just wanted to get to our room after a long day of flying. Room: We chose a jacuzzi suite and were in building 71 right at the original TRS pool. We liked the location. We were on second floor. Everything didn’t work. Tv had no connection. We were told butler would be right up and he came up in 15 mins. Said he would activate tv but never came back to do so. He asked for our favorites for the fridge and stated it would be stocked frequently. The balcony had no privacy curtains so we asked for those. Which we never received until the day before we left. We asked on numerous occasions. The room was VERY damp and musty smelling. Room Service and housekeeping: The television worked fine for room service after day 2 when we had to ask again for IT to come take a look. Arrival for room service was anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes. Food was fine for snacking. Our room was not cleaned daily without being asked to have it done. We always had our green light on. We did get chocolate covered strawberries and rose petals per my booking request for our honeymoon but nothing after that. Overall we had a good time but felt it was only 1 day we enjoyed. Wish there was some type of tour we could sign up to take so we could see the must see spots.

I celebrated my birthday at this resort, my first solo trip, and the staff made me feel welcomed every day. The activities are endless, they have numerous restaurants, and it’s a good balance of peace and fun. Definitely a couple-friendly place, but if you’re looking for paradise and want to meet people from around the world, consider TRS Yucatán. Also, their steakhouse and italian restaurants are delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at TRS Yucatan for 7 days, our first 5-star resort in Mexico and first time in Cancun. The check-in was smooth, but the late-night buffet food was disappointing, though we hoped it was a one-time issue. Our JR suite with a private pool was nice, but lacked privacy from neighboring suites. The butler service was fine, though with one person serving the entire villa, they were sometimes hard to reach. The resort is massive, with access to multiple properties, and both the beach and pools were great. The food and drinks were the biggest letdowns. The bars drinks, like piña coladas and margaritas, lacked flavor and were overly alcoholic. We expected better from a 5-star resort, especially since we had a mediocre experience at a 4-star resort two years ago that seemed comparable. The buffets were mostly terrible, with issues like moldy food, undercooked meats, and flies. Some dishes were okay, but overall, by the end of the week, we were eager to leave for better food. The à la carte restaurants were a step up, but still underwhelming. Adding to the disappointment, we were invited for a tour and birthday gift for my partner which initially appeared really nice, only to be pushed into a timeshare pitch, which was extremely dishonest. To top it off, I got food poisoning on the last day. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

I think everything is great, but right after checking in, I was constantly pushed to buy a timeshare. This instantly gave me a negative impression of the hotel because I hadn’t even experienced the services yet, and they were already pushing me to buy a membership. I believe no one would want to spend so much money on a product they haven’t even used yet! I understand your company wants to make sales, but shouldn’t the approach be different? Wouldn’t it be more effective to wait until we’ve had a chance to experience the services before offering the sales pitch? Other than that, everything else was great, but this part was really unfortunate.

Unique is definitely the word to use. I for one had an amazing time the spa the people the the properties, the environment, the time of the year everything all in one amazing. A very unique experience if you are planning to go on a trip with a significant other, a very unique experience if you’re planning to do a girls trip a private girls trip where you all just want to relax that is the place to be. The Butler service was amazing transportation to anywhere on the property amazing. The privacy was amazing. TRS is top-tier and if that is what you’re looking for as a top-tier experience that is where you need to go. The unique access to all of grand Palladium properties amazing. The smells. there, unique smell that they have throughout their hotels provided an experience that is beyond any other I have had throughout my travels around the world.

Great stay at TRS. I did not like that I bought the premium bracelet and when you do the reservation for show it’s sold out. Don’t sell a service if you are not able to accommodate. Also, had a bad experience at Helios with Octavio the manager when eating dinner. He made us wait hrs because we repeated a lobster dish. Not good also for the premium package. Not enough activities at the pool. Just relax music through the day. Need something with a good vibe at the pool such as Pool party, good music, good dj, foam party. Drinks were good. I asked a lot of times for the premium snack and never replaced at the room. I don’t honk the premium package is worth it unless you want the cabana at the pool.

Not sure where to start with this property. Let me start by saying my e-butler Fernanda was amazing! She helped book restaurant reservations ahead of my stay and even personally had the restaurant prepare a surprise birthday dinner for me. The entire staff is amazing! The property was well maintained, the food was amazing which is not typical for an all inclusive. The beach was beautiful! The rooms were spacious and my butlers were so attentive and observant. Highly recommend this resort!

This was my 5th time visiting TRS Yucatan hotel, and I've visited 2 other resorts in Mexico in the past all which do not compare to the experience and benefits of TRS. I've taken friends with me to this vacation, and it never disappoints. I am SO HAPPY CHIC is back, and the addition of BRAVO was a great touch to the experience. I LOVE the extra effort made by the resort and staff to make someone feel special during a celebration like my birthday. I will only add some comments: the new charges added to events like CHIC are OK with me IF you are going to keep up the event's quality. I will say I had more fun at BINGO than I did at CHIC this time around which I will say was fabulous back in 2017 last time I attended the event. Bravo was a great make-up, and I will also say I missed the 'air-soft' gun event [seems like the equipment was not available for a while during the 14 days I stayed]. My room's power was out fully in the whole stay and section on Thursday morning for about 3 hours and sadly I missed some work time in this moment. It was uncomfortable. It was solved after, but I had to work in the lobby in the meantime. THANK YOU to amazing staff like, Rogelio, Daniel, Hector [the nice driver who was most memorable], Alfredo, Yuli, Nestor, and our VIP host Fernanda. Because of them, I will always come back as often as I can for personal time off away from my life at home. THANK YOU TRS!

I've taken friends with me to this vacation, and it never disappoints. I am SO HAPPY CHIC is back, and the addition of BRAVO was a great touch to the experience. I LOVE the extra effort made by the resort and staff to make someone feel special during a celebration like my birthday. I will only add some comments: the new charges added to events like CHIC are OK with me IF you are going to keep up the event's quality. I will say I had more fun at BINGO than I did at CHIC this time around which I will say was fabulous back in 2017 last time I attended the event. Bravo was a great make-up, and I will also say I missed the 'air-soft' gun event [seems like the equipment was not available for a while during the 14 days I stayed]. My room's power was out fully in the whole stay and section on Thursday morning for about 3 hours and sadly I missed some work time in this moment. It was uncomfortable. It was solved after, but I had to work in the lobby in the meantime. THANK YOU to amazing staff like, Rogelio, Daniel, Hector [the nice driver who was most memorable], Alfredo, Yuli, Nestor, and our VIP host Fernanda. Because of them, I will always come back as often as I can for personal time off away from my life at home. THANK YOU TRS!

Facilities were amazing, beautiful pool and beaches. Our room was always clean and had everything we needed. Lots of dining options, and staff were generally very helpful.
