Beautiful property with many dining options. The pools are nice and the accommodations were terrific. It has a little water park with a few slides and a cool little ocean front bar. One of its greatest assets are the people that work there, you are always met with a smiling face.

This was a dream vacation! Great service, beach, activities and amazing food!! My favorite thing was the bike ride down to the city of Puerto Morelos. It was a great experience. The AC in our room worked great!

Stayed 4 nights , went august 4 2024. Everything was beautiful, perfect weather just hot, lovely views, clean and big swimming pool, the ocean water was decently clean despite some seaweed and clean room. Day one of arriving, was immediately greeted and luggage’s and bag were taken care of by employees. Check in was simple and straightforward. Everybody was kind. Our room was a bit far , you go through a tropical path to get to the room/building. I stayed in building 8 which is far. Luckily we got a tour on a golf cart of the resort and was dropped off to the room as well. Lots of wild animal, like baby lizards, coati , literal cats if u hear meowing, agouti, and tropical birds. Didn’t encounter any aggressive ones, just let be and go ur own way admiring them. Lots of amenities like coffee shops, juice shop, game room, vip bar lounge, club, gym, outdoor game area , outdoor bar , gift shop, and clothing shop. All rooms have AC except for the outdoor areas . Wished the outdoor bar that is in the smack centre of everything had a better cooling system that would’ve made it more enjoyable . If ur planning to drink it , you will get hot easily. There was quite a bit of restaurants but I didn’t get to try all of them because of it being booked up. Ate at world cafe (buffet) majority of the time, barefoot grill by the pool for snack, and blue water grill. Food was good, lots of variety so there is no complaints.

Check is wasn't as smooth as most places. When we arrived to our room and paid for the preferred upgrade we had no additional amenities. On top of that there was no towels no cold beverages and AC never got below 24C. Food was good, Restaurants were randomly closed. Over all work for our family but won't return to this resort.

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the housekeeping, room service, bell boys, and front desk staff were amazing, the management was completely awful. The ladies in the coffee shop were amazing and very friendly. Firstly, you need to make reservations for dinner only to be told it’s first come, first serve when you arrive. The buffet by the pool denied us entry because we weren't in proper attire. A tank top and swimming shorts aren't proper attire for a buffet near the pool? Make it make sense! The bartenders felt entitled, even after receiving a tip. A waiter even told me I had to tip him if I wanted him to bring me a drink. This is definitely not a 5-star resort, and for the price, it was a complete waste of money. Stay away. The rooms smelled like mold, the air conditioning didn’t work, and there were bugs in the room. One of the best experiences was playing with the local cats. The beach water was filthy—I thought an alligator would pop out at any moment. To give some credit to Hyatt, this is seaweed season and they did attempt to clean it everyday. To top it off, my entire family ended up with a bad stomach bug. Another issue is people reserving beach chairs with towels and not showing up until noon. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The entire staff at this property were above and beyond amazing! It lacks a little with food options and quality but it wasn’t a deal breaker and we will return. You will get amazing service no matter what, however, if you tip, your service goes next level! These people are so grateful for their tips. I do not think corporate pays them enough for the service they provide.

This was our first time staying at a resort, so we may not be the harshest critics, but we had a wonderful time. The resort was beautiful and the staff members were accommodating and friendly. The food wasn't amazing across the board, but was better than expected, and a few of the dishes we had were delicious. The drinks were plentiful and there was a wide variety of liquor options. There were also plenty of activities happening during the day and nighttime entertainment that, again, exceeded our expectations. We upgraded to Preferred status for part of our stay, which gave us an ocean view and access to a few additional perks, like a private lounge and an adults-only pool. The resort is somewhat secluded, so all the transportation options were expensive when we tried to go off-resort. But Puerto Morelos is a 15-minute drive away ($52 for a round-trip taxi, though they wait for you) and is a cute little town that isn't overly touristy. Overall a great experience, not to mention surprisingly affordable.

NO NATURAL JUICES, FOR SOMEONE THAT IS DIABETIC THIS IS A NO GO, DIRTY POOLS WITH GREEN WALLS, NO AREAS WITH COOL OR AC, ROOMS ARE HOT, SHOWERS BROKEN, DIRTY BEACH WITH MILES OF ALGAE, BATHROOMS SMELL LIKE URINE ....HORRIBLE REPETIVE FOOD.
