Dreams Sapphire resort was an amazing experience. Staffs are friendly and always there to help you. They’re all inclusive includes a lot of amenities, restaurants. They host a lot of events to keep their guests entertained. We found the resort very clean and well equipped.

We love visiting this resort and have been twice before. The food was solid, make sure you hit the catch of the day for lunch at the seaside grill. There were some power outages when we were there this most recent visit, not sure if that happens regularly. It’s also not quite clear what you have access to as a preferred club room. I was given mixed feedback when asked if we’d have access to Indigo which is a new restaurant on site.

It was a quick getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our birthdays. We really enjoyed the relaxing nature of laying by the pool and enjoying the sun, the convenience of the snack and meal options and the staff was lovely the whole stay! Would definitely return in the future!

This was a first all-inclusive resort experiencefor my husband and I and our two children and we had an absolute blast. The staff is amazing, there are tons of activities for the kids and adults alike. The rooms are very nice and the food is very good and the level of service blew our expectations away. My only complaint occurred right after check in. The employee who checked us in said that we should next go talk to his colleague, who proceeded to basically try to get us to do what appeared to be a timeshare presentation the next morning at a partner property. After about 10 minutes of him explaining and trying to get us to commit to going there the next morning I told him there was no way I was committing to anything because I had just checked into the hotel and wanted to experience the place I had paid for. There was never any explanation as to why this was part of the check-in process and it was kind of frustrating but then every single other part of our stay was fantastic so it was easy to let it go.

The hotel was okay. Staff was pleasant and facilities were good. The one thing I did not like was the upgraded package which made no difference but cost more. It didnt really feel premium and a lot of persons were using preferred access spaces without having preferred status- could have saved me 200USD. Also didn’t appreciate that the upgrade was non-refundable…it feels a bit tricky. Anyway, generally a decent stay. 7/10.

This was our first Dreams all-inclusive resort, although we’ve been to many others resorts in Cancun. This was my least favourite of all my experiences. Given this brand is considered a 4.5 star, it surely didn’t feel it. Cons: - We were a group of 34 and our hotel rooms were scattered across the resort, no attempt to keep us clustered even though the booking was made all together. When asked the front desk staff responded, we have too many groups. - The steak house - worst dining experience of all the al a carte restaurants. The food at the steakhouse was sub par. We found hair in the food on two different plates. The service was also not great, rude and inattentive waiter. - Pool towels. Get your towels early. One day there was a 3 hour wait to get towels. - Room towels, we were a family of 4 and they consistently only left 2 new towels when they cleaned the room. We had to call down daily for extra towels. On two occasions we were told that they were out of towels and the hotel was too busy so we had to share wet towels after showers. - We had quite a few vegetarians in out group and the options at the resort were limited. - I’m truly surprised at how small the restaurants were given the shear size of the resort and number of guest rooms. Some nights if you showed up at 6:45 you wouldn’t be able to get into a restaurant other than the buffet. - Buffet, the lunch buffet was the best. The morning omelette stations were great but other than that the food consistently ran ou

Disappointed with the service provided by the staff. While there were few really good staff members (for example at the blue water grill), most of the staff members were not courteous and were in fact rude. I was asked to pay more money the day after I checked in by stating the reason that the price I had previously paid was incorrect and they would now like me to pay a higher price. Also, the resort has a first come first serve basis for dining at all restaurants except one. This meant that we couldn’t plan our days in advance. At times, we had to wait more that two hours for the table which meant that kids were way past their usual dinner time. Eventually you either eat at 6 pm or after 9pm. I would not recommend the the resort for families.
