WiFi doesn't work
WiFi only works in common areas, not the rooms, and only worked intermittently around the pool. Is you sit at the restaurant or pool deck, it doesn't work. So effectively, they don't have Wi-Fi. Very frustrating when I had to do some things for work. A block from the beach but then have to pay for a chair or hammock. Good restaurant. Nice pool. Nice staff. Rooms have fan and ac. Shower is a trickle from a conch shell.

Great place to escape!
The staff is awesome, rooms are clean and well maintained. The restaurant is delicious, the bed and balcony are great. There is no TV and the internet is very poor, but who cares. You are in Paradise!! Enjoy the area. The finishes were cool too....such as conch shell showerhead.

Great spot for holbox.
I loved the stay ceilto Linda. The room was as expected, very clean. The restaurant was amazing. The food was so much better than expected. They even have 2 happy hours a day with 2 for 1 cocktails. There was a 1 minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I felt it was a very good value for the money I spend.

The hotel was really nice and Clean, the restaurant was good but you had to pay your bill before the end of the day, I would like to have had the option to pay my expenses at the checkout. It was not as close to the City Center as I was expecting. 10 minutes walking away from City Center but there are lots of ponds you need to go trough wich made it hard to go by walking at times. Other than that everything was perfect.

Hotel is worn and unwelcoming.
Our stay wasn’t great. The hotel was very difficult to get to as there was flooding blocking the access. This flooding made the hotel grounds swampy and meant there was a lot of bugs. The service was not very good. No staff spoke to us during our stay except when asked to get a taxi to leave. The reception staff were unwelcoming and the restaurant/bar never seemed to be open. It does not look like the pictures! Our room was well cleaned but it was old and there were no amenities. No phone, no WiFi, no service list, old ripped towels etc. The pictures were obviously taken a while ago as the room looks very worn.

We loved this place. the staff are so nice and like a family. The movie nights were fun and pool volleyball was entertaining, especially after mucho watermelon mojito. The orange, black and white cat "cheese puff" is so sweet. Please if you stay give him some love.

Great hotel just minutes away from the beach!
We had a wonderful stay at Cielito Lindo! The staff were very friendly and helpful both at the reception counter and at the restaurant/bar. It was a relaxing experience. We rented bicycles from them for an hour and it took only a few minutes to get to the beach and see rewarding views! It was generally neat and clean all around the property. The room was nice and cool with the a/c on. We were glad to be given bottles of water upon checking into our room. No complaints! I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel close to the beach with great pool.
Great location near beach with wonderful pool and restaurant. Daily events made our stay enjoyable with nightly movies and popcorn poolside with a swim up bar. Happy Hour daily from 1-2 pm and 7-8 pm with 2 for 1 beverages. Delicious breakfast with each meal including coffee and fresh juice. K

Isla Holbox - budget hotel for moderate prices
Unfortunately I did not think this hotel was worth the price. You can find better for cheaper on Isla Holbox. We only had hot water for showering 1 of 3 days. There were no more bicycles for rent when we arrived around 1pm and though it was a short walk to the beach, I would rather pay a little bit more to stay at a beachfront hotel next time. On the plus side, the room was very clean, especially being a sandy beach town.

This is a sweet little hotel.
Only a couple disappointments: No staff on duty during the night--also no security. (one night a roudy group of loud men where outside drinking all night) Also no bolt or chain locks on doors. There was no place to hand any clothes in our room. You may have to ask for things you need that aren't always replenished (towels, toilet paper, water) They show outdoor movieson a big screen which is great, but it blocked our view and we had to look dircectly at the back of the screen from our deck all week.

Nice little hotel with great accommodations, comfortable and clean Palapa with a private little patio to hang out. Friendly staff, good food and drinks. Music was played on loud speakers all day, it would of been nice to get a break from it once in a while, but otherwise a pleasant experience.

Good value on beautiful Isla Holbox
We loved Isla Holbox, it was beautiful and fairly quiet in early December. The hotel was small but had everything we needed - we enjoyed especially the pool, the happy hour drinks at the swim-up bar, and their amazing guacamole! Everything is walking distance, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk and the village 10-15 mins away.
