This property was so perfect! It was adorable, had a fireplace in the room, was near the downtown, had easy parking, and the staff were all wonderfully helpful! The hot pools and sauna on the roof were a great feature. The only thing missing was free coffee in the lobby.

Pretty nice hotel although it does need some up keeping maintenance. Tiles on top terrace with jacuzzis are loose, can result in injury. Some water pipe bursted when I was there on the 1st floor. Thank God noone was injured or anything. Overall, decent hotel.

We stayed here just for one night, the room was very nice but our room was located on the ground floor, the hallways were a little noisy at times and we could hear the street traffic but all in all a comfortable stay.

One of our favourite features of this hotel is the two large outdoor hot tubs and sauna. There's lots of other nice looking hotels in Banff, but their hot tubs are typically indoors and much smaller than the two at the Moose. The regular rooms with the King bed are nice, but our favourite so far was the bigger two room unit we stayed in last December for my partner's 50th. We liked that room so much that we've booked it again for her birthday this year.
