Located within walking distance of the Niagara Horseshoe falls. The view from our veranda was just the River Road. We arrived at the hotel around 3:30pm and our room was not ready. We waited in the dining area as the room was readied. While there was coffee in a pot, there was no cream; only almond milk and lactose free milk. The room was threadbare; two queen beds, two chairs and one stool. No desk. No mirror in the room. In the bathroom, the shower and sink were good. The toilet paper dispenser fell apart at the first touch. As were getting ready to go to bed, the fire alarm went off. We quickly left the room and went outside. It turned out that the alarm was triggered by a flooded bathroom in another guest room. A consequence of the fire alarm was that there was an incessant loud chirping sound from the main fuse box which was just outside our room. We could hear it through the night. Luckily, we were there for just one night. At check-in, we had to pre-order breakfast for the next morning. Breakfast food was well-made and tasty. However, there was no orange juice for us. We guess that was because our breakfast time was 9:30am. We left the hotel right after breakfast. For the price that we paid for one night, we were disappointed with the quality of the accommodation.
