Great hotel for the price. I was lucky that it wasn’t baseball season so it was easy to get in and out. It isn’t five star and is an older building, but it was clean and the staff were great. Many Asian restaurants around the at area and easy to get to the subway. Breakfast wasn’t the best but had enough options to get something quick.

Room was basic but very clean, I wish there were temperature controls in the room as it was very rainy when we were there and a bit cool and a little bit of heat would help things dry out a bit. Staff was nice, it was nice to have a few basic breakfast items in the morning to grab before we left. Area is very walkable and also easy subway access to get where you need, and there's some great food in the area too.

This property is well maintained. However it's in a busy shopping district packed with people and there is construction across the street, a tar or asphalt plant down the block, and the airport close to. Lots of noises and smells. No pool or amenities but a free breakfast and free ice.

Hotel delivers exactly as promised. There is nothing fancy about it but we were using it only for sleeping. Staff is always available for questions or to provide help. One thing to note is that the advertised free breakfast was not very appealing, so we ended up paying and eating for breakfast at nearby restaurants.

Excellent, clean, friendly. Breakfast to improve
The room is very clean, like new. The non-smoking policy is great, so the air quality is good. Location is also a plus. It is a walking distance to most of the restaurants. The breakfast is one area that the hotel may need to consider improving. Not many choose.

Hotel in Chinatown
Hotel itself was good. There is a parking lot that you can use for a fee but not part of hotel. It is a short walk. The two gentlemen who greeted me and my husband were not pleased to see us therefore we did not receive good customer service. I suppose they are used to Asian and white customers since there were virtually no black people in that area. I would not stay there again due to the feeling of not being wanted although hotel itself is very nice

The interior of the hotel was great but the area outside the hotel is near a garbage dump that smells awful ! The hard boiled eggs offered at breakfast were impossible to peel so maybe put them out already peeled. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Concert stay
Spent the night after a concert at Citi Field, close to the park, was able to walk both to & from easily, less than a mile, room was very clean and comfortable( mattress was extremely firm).Many restaurants in walking distance too. Parking was easy, lot across street was full so found 24 hr parking at renaissance hotel for a little bit more
