Great experience. Staff was amazing, super friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s not a big resort but that made it more personable. We got to know the staff and even other guests.

really nice place. It’s small and cozy. The only thing that bothered me was that the windows are NOT soundproof. If your room is on the lagoon side it’s very noisy during night from the road. Other than that the food was tasty, you have a lot of options all day and while you sit on the beach the waiters constantly bring you drinks and food you ordered. Get the all inclusive rate and mostly everything is included despite the price on the menu. Everything was great and everyone is very nice and friendly.

The property was easy to access and near several food places. The all inclusive features were great, alcoholic beverages, all you can eat food spots. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The property was excellent overall. Food was above average for an all-inclusive. We enjoyed all the options and the changing menu. Our room was very nice. Housekeeping was average. Some dirty floors and our fridge rarely got refilled and we had to ask for waters to be replaced a few times. The condition of the beach was excellent. Finding a spot, especially with shade was not always easy. If there were even 5 more beach umbrellas available then there would have been plenty every single day we were there. That definitely would have upped our enjoyment if we didn't have to stress over finding a decent spot every day. Service on the beach changed from day to day. Sometimes we would be there and not have a waiter stop by for over an hour and some days they were more attentive. The mixed drinks were also very hit and miss depending on the day. Overall they were average and tasted watered down. The pool closed a lot earlier than what is normal in the evening as well. It would have been nice to swim at night even until 10 pm. Overall our experience was great and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was fantastic. They were very attentive and ready to help. The frustrating part was that when we got to the resort they tried to sell us an upgraded "all inclusive" package for $50 per person per day. There was also an "environmental tax" of $150. This would have been great to know in advance. The food was pretty good, not always hot andnot a lot of options. Believe it or not but the hot dog cart was great, fresh and hot! The hotel common area had a terrible smell, very heavy perfume it was like they were trying to cover up the smell of mildew. On our last day I noticed a mister responsible for the smell behind one of the couches. Otherwise the rooms were clean and perfect for what we were looking for. It would be great if they had another pool or more lounge chairs.

The hotel is going into renovation right now. There are some concerns about the safety of the property. For example, the shower floor is slippery when wet and there are no rails to protect you if you start to fall. The outside is the same. Not too slippery but no rails and few steps. At the pool, the music from time to time was very offensive. And considering it is a family hotel. When the renovations are completed will be a nice and central hotel to stay in.

Hotel old and in need of repair. They were renovating the lobby so that was a mess. Lots of stairs even when shuttle drops you off too many steps! No swim up pool bar. Not enough lounge chairs at pool. Had a hard time finding a lounger. Not enough restaurants. Really just one and one Hibachi place. I would never stay here again!
