The dining options were great. There was plenty of options. We enjoyed benazuza which was a very interesting restaurant with creative presentations of a total of 22 courses. The rooms need to be updated which was the biggest con of the hotel. We stayed at an oceanfront room and the view was beautiful. The property as far as outdoor area such as pools and landscape is well kept.

I’m a person that’s very clean and I like a clean area and going to this hotel I felt like it was very unsanitary.. The elevators were very dirty the furniture in the week the area outside our room is very dirty. The lady that I checked in with was very rude.. Every time I walked out of our building, I had somebody trying to sell me something or get me to go into the resort meetings. I will never book with this hotel again. Over all it’s the dirtiest. The maid did come clean our room, but every single day that it would rain water would come in from the outside into the room .

This is a great place for all inclusive, what you would expect. Food and drinks are ok, overall the the property is nice. Spent 3 nights here, stayed in master suite definitely recommend that suite.

There are different levels of bracelets. To get the best experience and access to most of the restaurants you have to have the highest level. We had it and ate at great restaurants that are not included for everyone. Keep that in mind when making reservations.

Around the pool is dirty you see a lot of trash around and under the bridge . Pool looks dirty at times when so many people swimming. At one point, I saw snot floating around so gross. Wish there was a pool for adults only thats is deeper than 5 feet. All pools were shallow

Recently stayed at the Pyramid Grand Oasis, was a great experience! Staff very friendly and attentive. Good food options…there are some of the higher end restaurants that require more than beach attire, so make sure you are bring a mix of closed shoes and smarter long pants as those are required for entry! There are some restaurants that are not part of the all inclusive packages…overall a great venue for a family vacation once you know what to expect!

Please forward this onto the hotel- Dear Pyramid Hotel Management and Staff, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your resort from July 31st, 2024 to August 5th, 2024. My experience was unfortunately marred by a series of significant issues that completely compromised my stay. Upon arrival, I was met with a complete lack of bell service and a notably absent welcome. The situation escalated when my room was not ready, and it took an unacceptable 30 minutes to secure accommodations through guest services. This initial encounter set a disheartening tone for the remainder of my stay. The condition of the room was equally disappointing, I was in room 3216. The sliding doors were filthy, the shower appeared to be on the verge of falling apart, and the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Basic amenities such as hand soap, shower gel, conditioner, and washcloths were absent, forcing me to borrow these items from friends. On Friday August 2nd the building had a water shut off for over 5 hours which was a MASSIVE inconvenience. The fridge was in a deplorable state hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the safe was broken, rendering it useless for securing valuables. The dining options were equally unsatisfactory. Excellent staff and ppl that works there are super happy and friendly they will help you out any time you need help the view from ocean it's super amazing and hotel facilities are very accessible needs to update for handicap ramps , but other then that I loved this hotel I was surprised how good this hotel is loved it I will be back very very soon .
