Beautiful small resort though kind of a maze getting around. Cute rooms, good food,great staff!!! I was stung by a jelly fish and staff cleaned my blisters every night - Entertainment was really good and the entertainment manager, who's name unfortunately escapes me :-( was AWESOME!!! If you smoke there are designated areas only and STRICTLY enforced. Lots of animal interaction, coatis, wild pigs, cats (which they have a nice sanctuary for) flamingos, iguanas. Nice pools. We would love to go back. Thank you :-)

Stayed here a few years back. Booked at El Cozumeleno this time and it was horrific, checked out within 2 hours and booked at Iberostar. It was night and day difference and would only stay here if you are going to Cozumel. Best beach, best food, best service and accommodation by a long shot!

shows and food were great as well as the service by the staff. Unfortunately rooms need to be maintained better as we were given a room with mold in the bathroom for our honeymoon, a tv hanging off one bolt, and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel

Need a bar area to sit and congregate with groups of people. With tvs to watch sports, etc. similar to sicks dive or a place like that. Nothing to do after sun goes down other than eat and go to the shows later.

Excellent location on southern portion of the island. The staff and food are always superb. Dressel Divers is located on property, making diving quick, easy, and very safe. Best place to stay on Cozumel!

Excellent experience at the Iberostar which was a host hotel for the Ironman. It was an excellent experience and the staff were very polite at all times. Good was great as well! They opened the breakfast at 4am on the morning of the race - and the staff were just as pleasant! Highly recommend the resort - it’s a great experience with “jungle” vibe and animals.
