This property mostly has a garden view. There are no beach view rooms in any of the buildings. It’s so massive as well so be ready to do A LOT of walking. Food also was mediocre didn’t taste fresh nor good quality. We had made reservations at a few restaurants and the first one was Italian spot portofino, it was NOT good literally left the plates the way they came. However the staff are great and very helpful especially the concierge David and Cielo. Would i come back to this resort ? The answer is no. I’ve stayed at a much better places the were rated less and had much better food, better rooms, better views and better beach.

Resort is top notch. Food variety is amazing. Clean plenty of swimming pools, sun beds, sun umbrelas. Beach has part rocks part sand but within resort there is a nice beach section with white fine sand. Palladium White Sand Resort is a place to go! Every part of the resort is pretty much a part that you can spend a day at, if you decide to get lost in the hugeness of the propperty. Plenty of entertainment every evening they have something going on, concerts, shows, markets. Want to say special thanks to our concierges. David and Cielo were very helpful in making reservations for transport and restaurants. A experience all arround!

construction going on and we were not warned; my friend booked same trip and she paid over $300 less. whyd did expedia charge me more when we booked at same time-still waiting to hear; limited shuttle service; limited customer service; finally used whatsapp for concierge who explained nothing in person but responded most times when needed help. NOT worth price I paid; most things not included in all inclusive; activities hut provides very limited hours and not enough boats/eequiip for use. employees not willing to help much except one shuttle drive Omar who was exceptional!

I booked for white sands and as a returning customer (who previously stayed at the Kantenah), I was very excited to stay at the white sanes side of the resort - however it turns out it was heavily under construction on that side and I spent all my time at the other 2 resorts. While the resorts are very beautiful and I have no complaints about them, I was looking forward to the beauty of white sands and was unable to see anything as everything was tarpped up. It was disappointing, especially since I previously got married here and wanted to revisit it, but it was closed. Also it was kind of dangerous that we had to walk along the roadway that the trollies drive on to get to the other resorts because of the construction. Especially dangerous at night time since there are no lights on this roadway. I would have very much loved to have seen the resort I booked at. I also woukd have like to kave known in advance that it was under construction and maybe I would have booked at the Kantenah or Colonial instead. I also did not enjoy being harassed every day by the TRS promoters trying to sell us on the members only buy in. I love the Grand Palladium resorts in the mayan riveira. I just wish we didnt book white sands under false pretenses. Construction is understandable for upkeep, but if I had known, it would have saved a lot of stress and hassle upon arrival.

The white sands resort was average. 3/5 Unfortunately, majority of the property is under construction at this time. I would highly recommend the colonial or TRS. Colonial lobby is the most beautiful lobby of all 4 resorts. However, after staying 5 nights at TRS, me and my wife agree that property was the best experience and offers so much more! Trs is the only exclusive property. So Kantenah, colonial, and white sands share all the amenities. Hope this help!

The people at the resort were absolutely the sweetest. Shout out to Efron who was always there to help out during dinner time with my toddler. The only downside was that the resort was under construction at the time, and the resort is huge. We would have to walk all the way around, which was quite tiring and time consuming, but thankfully they have little shuttles around the resort which made it a lot easier when you can catch one. Overall, great experience here!
