Overall, it was OK except for the bathroom head hair and there was dirt and crumbs on the floor and the bathroom kind of had a stink to it from staff not exactly friendly. I like the location or the hotel for the location. It needs to be updated and I think everybody Should be treated the same I purposely spoke Spanish because well I do speak Spanish, but he could tell that those who spoke English were slightly better treated so here I am getting twice discriminated in America for speaking Spanish and English and here because I spoke Spanish go figure
The hotel was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the amenities such as the grounds, pools and restaurants. Lots of parking and security.
Oh, I simply can't resist this place whenever I'm in Durango! The hotel is like a little slice of paradise – it's stunning, serene, spotless, and just a hop, skip, and a jump from the heart of town!
