Expensive and no hot water!
Second time staying here. Gave me what must be the smallest room in the hotel!!! No hot water for morning shower. Other than that nice hotel if you can get a good deal, otherwise expensive to stay there.

Room was very nice, clean, spacious. Went as a trip to Destiny USA mall. Very convenient for short outside walk to a walkway right into the mall. Was a great experience. Will definitely consider Embassy Suites in any city

Having just experienced a national Microsoft computer outage, they did not have the ability to run credit cards or give room keys… this team worked together to ensure that the guests did not feel the burden, running people with master keys to meet the guests with a smile and gain them entrance to their rooms!! I would say this team did everything possible despite complaints from others and I give them customer service an ands above and beyond!!
