Everything was very good. I wish they would have a table to work with my computer in the room. But that was not offered and I did not look, so it was not really their fault.

this little gem in Leon was much more than expected. I booked with travelocity for my family of five. When I arrived to hotel they told me that they did not have rooms to accomodate 5 people. They said that they had another room open where the extra guest could stay. I was a litlle upset thinking that now I had to pay an extra room. After a few seconds, the receptionist called her manager and told me that I could use the extra room for free for that night since obviously Travelocity did not have the right information about their rooms' occupancy. She was very kind and accomodating. This place was comfortable and beautiful. It is definitely a place to rest and I loved it. Only 5 rooms in this hotel/spa place but totally worth it. Thank you again! you know how to be hospitable!

En general estuvo bien, sólo un detalle con la limpieza del baño, específicamente la regadera no estaba limpia. E incomodidades con el estacionamiento, ya que sólo cuenta con dos cajones de estacionamiento, y los demás clientes, no respetan la entrada de la cochera

En cuanto vi la habitación sentí lástima de no poder quedarme más que una noche allí. Estaba todo tan exquisito y elegante, que parecía irreal. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles donde me he hospedado en más de 25 años viajando más de 6 meses al año.

Quiet boutique hotel in a quiet and safe zone.
A former posh big home turned into a charming boutique hotel located in a very safe and quiet residential area. The stay was pleasant and all personnel very attentive and kind. The shower area was a bit run down but very clean and the room was tidy, also the closet was a bit run down, but the space and cleanliness compensated it. I'd stay there again, no doubt. Check in and check out were seamlessly simple and easy. Spa services are a plus.
