All I can say that is the worst resort I ever stared. I went there for a family trip I had been to the hard rock in punta Cana so I thought I would have a good experience but I was so wrong. Hard rock is just a name really because they are expensive but the experience here was the worst. The food isn’t good the only good place was el gallo tacos were good other than that nothing else. To night life the club isn’t open every day so at 7 when the pools close they have a 1 hr show at the theater or outdoor and your night is done. Took us over 3 hrs to get our room. There was cockroaches in the room. The workers were nice except for the reception people I had the worse experience with a bunch of them. No one knew anything and they all will tell you different things. At check out I ended up paying for their erroneous information but they won’t let you check out unless you pay and their attitude is we have your credit card that is going to be charge and that’s it very rude. So much more to say. But all I can say is do not waste your money here I wish I would’ve chosen another resort to go and feel like my hard working money was actually well spent. I just got back and I feel like a need another vacation after going through what I went through with them. Don’t waste your money. Pay attention to the reviews. I feel like if you are a member you might have a good review here because they definitely treat you different but why wouldn’t they when the cheapest membershipis $80,000

They hotel is super out dated. Its so old the bath room looks like a 3 world country the showed handles broke while i was there its. My family rented 6 rooms and everyone came back with Covid-19 due to the dirtiest bed sheets. Dont pay high amount for this property. I dont recommended it.

On their website shows as a 5 star hotel! that is not a 5 star hotel! Everything was old dirty or broken! The hotel itself is falling apart! Roof holes and leaks everywhere and mold everywhere! We reserved from July 18-22 we left on the 20th and went to a real 5 star hotel! Extremely difficult to seat at any of their restaurants! 2-3hr wait everywhere! Everyone ended up at the buffet! Which was always full and not good at all! Extremely disappointed ☹️

Las habitaciones sucias, con salidero en el baño, el personal muy poco profesional, las toallas de la piscina con manchas, intenso olor a desinfectante en el lobby, el aire acondicionado de la habitación fue reportado 2 veces y nunca funciono, goteras en el techo de la habitación reportado y nunca arreglado

The room smelled musty and moly, chipped paint all over our terrace balcony, curling in bathroom was all cut open. We had to wait in line to make reservations everyday, not something someone wants to do on vacation. You had restaurants closed on certain days and your front desk staff is rude and unaccommodating. Worse resort I have ever been to will never come back nor will I ever recommend.

This property needs an overhaul. It is run down. The pictures are deceiving and lately Expedia has been giving 3 star properties a 5 star rating. Property was far too crowded for the guests to have adequate restaurant choices. Restaurants that require reservations were terrible. I couldn’t eat the steak at Toro’s (too tough) and all the food was mediocre at best. Facilities had holes in the ceilings, water in restrooms smelled funny and drainage was poor in the shower. Pretty gross actually. Couldn’t wait to get home. I’ve stayed All-inclusive in this area many times. Iberostar, Mayakoba, and Moon Palace. They were 4 star to 5 star upon opening. Hard Rock was a hard disappointment! There for a friend’s 50th. Will not return. Lastly, to try and upscale people on their time-share property is a joke if your current property is trash. Staff was nice and accommodating when needed.
