Great all inclusive. Food and Alcohol is at the lower end since its an all inclusive. I would not comoare it to an All inclusive 5 star resort like an Xcaret Arte /Mexico resort but more like a 3 star food and drink quality. As for hotel and rooms 4 to 4.5 stars. They do say transportation included but the shocker is when you ask of it, they send you to one of their contracted taxi services 250-300 round trip. We took a private car for 50 each way and you can get a 15 passenger van for about 80. Id cone back for sure but not for the food and drinks. Id get wirhiut the all inclusive option at lower rate and eat outside. Plenty if good choice walking within 1-4 blocks

I am very disappointed with Speedy Shuttle. I was not able to reach a person for my travel to the airport. They were paid upfront and did not provide the full service. Although they are a third party their service is a reflection of the business conducted with the resort hotel..

First the good-Excellent, attentive staff. Food was delicious! Pool was great! Beautiful property! The bad-High pressure sales tactics when you first arrive, beach a bit underwhelming, drinks felt watered down, upcharge to a good amount of things for an "all-inclusive" The Ugly-nothing!

This property will push you to pay to sit in a cabana , add reservations for restaurants that is also another cost and upgraded drink is 10 dollars or more including shots. Didn’t feel all inclusive at all.
