It’s certainly the most quiet hotel in downtown Playa, just a few blocks from the beach. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Staff is kind and responsive. Love the authentic Mexican decor.

Don’t pass this place up
I had a great experience staying here. Staff is very friendly. The pictures the hotel has up doesn’t do this place justice. I would definitely stay here again.

This is such a gem. The cost is so low that it is misleading. Quaint, clean and friendly staff. Area is real local and everyone was super friendly. Felt safe and welcomed. Many food vendors and restaurants on the street. 3 blocks to 5th Ave. Perfect Distance from the noise of 5th. Will recommend to friends.

Pretty hotel
Lovely quiet courtyard away from the loudness of Playa but still close to the beach and 5th. Friendly staff, free water refills and nice pool. Loved the decor.

El hotel es muy bonito, la locación es perfecta, muy cerca de los lugares principales de playa de Carmen, muchos lugares cerca para comer alrededor y hay bicicletas de alquiler justo al frente del hotel. Siempre nos dejaron la habitación muy limpia, el personal es sumamente amable

We stayed one night at the Hotel Casa Del Flores. It was quiet and peaceful for it being so close to the 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen. Everything is within 2 blocks of walking including the ADO bus stop and the ferry to Cozumel. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is well maintained and clean. There is a cute swimming pool and the decor is done in Mexican style. Rooms are spacious and we felt beds were comfortable and AC was cool. Although there was a short power outage during our stay, the staff were on it immediately trying to fix it. We will recommend this hotel to folks who want a quiet stay with family but close to everything within a budget.

Great location for price
Staff was available 24/7. Very friendly. Building is a bit older but very clean. Comfortable bed. Working AC. Water pressure in shower was good. Safety box works well. Felt safe. Had issue with batbroom smelling and staff took care of it right away. Would stay here again esp given price and location.
