False advertisement
I booked my room based on the photos shown on Hotels.com. When I arrived, the room I was given was not the room that was shown online. It was extremely small and cramped. No space for luggage. No space to even walk. The bed took up the entire room. The tv had only one channel and the staff could care less about anything I said to them pertaining my room.

This hotel was so amazing, the staff was wonderful. The pool area was so unique. My room was just as expected. I just wished there was a jacuzzi option as the pools were really cold.

From the aesthetics to the staff, everything was a 10 out of 10. The food in their restaurant was very good as well. I would highly recommend to anyone & I will definitely be going back.
