Intament stay with great drinks, food and staff. Private beach! You can pay for daily access if you are not a guest. We stayed 4 nights in Cambria 1, which is the room right on the beach. WOW! We were very happy with our choice as this was our first time staying right on the beach. The room has a balcony with an ocean view that is amazing, cold plunge pool, hamock, chairs, and a table. We couldn't believe how great it was! The staff completed the experience and atmosphere with amazing service. We thought the coffee and food were delicious and reasonably priced. Passion in the jungle was our go-to beverage of the week and is a must try here, tequila with fresh watermelon and passion fruit! During our stay we for breakfast, we had the hotcakes, scrambled eggs with bacon and ham and cheese omlet. For dinner, we enjoyed the chicken tacos and quesadilla. All the food was terrific with great flavor and well portioned. Things to know: There was no tv in the room and in our opinion who cares didn't need one or miss it! Wifi worked well during our stay. The shower and sink water seemed to be filtere sea water, so make sure you have plenty of bottled water. They do supply you some in the room each day. Things in reviews we feel differently about: We felt safe the entire time and frequently left our shoes, sandles, and clothes outside and never had an issue with anything getting stolen. The staff NEVER tried to steal our money and went out of their way to explain and answer all of o

Right on the beach. Staff is friendly. Restaurant/ bar close at 6. Which kinda sucks. The safe didnt work. They put coffee in your room but charge you for it if you use it. Also says free continental breakfast. Never saw it or was offered it.

The unique jungle style is amazing and very comforting. The food on the other hand is not good. Everything else is great! Front desk helped very well with outdoor services and booked reservations for us with everything we wanted to do. Recommend!

The beach is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the sink in the room we booked, so they upgraded us to a very nice larger room with a rooftop deck. Just know that the rooms are all along the path that leads to the beach club, so durin g the day it can feel a little less private although the evenings/overnight it feels very quiet and private. And our room had an open window (no screen/closure) in the shower to the outdoors, which gives a nice indoor/outdoor vibe in theory but in reality leads to bugs.

Quiet Oasis
This was my 3rd time to Tulum and 2nd time staying on the beach. Orchid Beach House was so peaceful! The staff was incredible. Rooms are spacious. Rooftop was such a nice hang too! The only negative would be the early closure of the restaurant and bar.

Beautiful facility, very quiet and rural. Steps away from the beach and the water is swimmable. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The room was beautiful, great size and clean. Room service comes everyday and it’s like the know when you leave. They provide fresh beach towels everyday, you can exchange them yourself or leave them in the room and they will change them. The beach club attached to the hotel has beautiful seating right on the beach. The only (very small) downside is that the beach club’s food isn’t great and quite costly. Overall, this was the perfect place for us for quite, relaxing, and nature filled vacation.

The room has bugs( roaches and other bugs), no TV , phone, room service… it was more like a Basic motel in US. We lost power/internet for 3 hrs one day, the upstairs people were having party till late and it was super noisy.I wouldn’t go there again, i spent so much on a my stay،food, transportation which i could go to an 5 stars all inclusive resort in cancun.

On our last night the air conditioner stopped working so it was very uncomfortable, and we noticed there were holes in the sliding doors that were constantly opened so we got a lot of big bites while in the room. We got breakfast at the place it was pretty good,friendly staff. The power also went out the last night of our stay around 2am.
