I have two recommendations. 1) the breakfast is great. However, lunch should be different. I think it’s too monotonous and rice should be on the main course especially lunch time. 2) the height coming from the bathroom or entrance is too steep and a fall can cause injuries to the feet. Maybe another layer can reduce risk of a slip. Other than these I think we really loved our room and the staff were terrific. We will definitely visit again. Thanks

El hotel está bueno, las habitaciones grandes y limpias, los empleados son excelentes, vale destacar a Eduardo en Las Brazas, a Rutilio y Gleidis en el buffet, Miguel en el bar de la piscina y otros que no recuerdo, lo que me pareció muy mal en este hotel es que los bares no abren hasta después de las 11.00 a.m, he estado en otros hoteles en Riviera Maya y nunca he visto algo así, un hotel es para disfrutar de vacaciones, no para tener horarios, incluso, en la cafetería me dijeron que los helados no se sirven hasta después de las 11.00, en verdad, nunca volvería a este hotel.

Like: the architecture, the staff Did not like: limited access to beach and the access is unsafe and undesirable; construction noise in hotel, limited amenities and activities. I told the front desk upon check in that it was my birthday and only acknowledgement I received is a small piece cake from the cafe in my room. Offer bday pkgs or something.

Overall staff were great, food was great, clean, decent entertainment. Shut down drinks and pools early so no late night fun at the resort. Would be nice if had better beach access. Need a towel hut at upstairs pool.

This was my second time staying at this property with my fiancé, we came last year July 2023 and just had to come back to experience this place again. First I must commend the staff, they are great! Pablo one of the waiters by the pool was by far the most attentive, good hearted person you will ever meet! He truly works hard and always had a smile on his face the whole time we were there. He also remembered us from last year! 😊 Now on to the rest of the place, the place was overall CLEAN, we saw staff cleaning non stop from 7am till 10pm I can only imagine them cleaning through the night. The food was great as well, on the property and off. There’s a buffet starting at 7am at Ventannas then it turns into an a la carte restaurant around 12 then buffet style later on, a sushi bar near the second floor pool, Brasas was great, Bella was FANTASTIC and we decided to get authentic Mexican food at a restaurant outside of the property close by. The room cleaning was excellent, the bathrooms were always left spotless. The property in general was amazing, the beach is small though and very rocky, there is a beach bar on the north side which was much calmer than the pool. But all in all GREAT all inclusive adults resort if you’re looking for some time away from the kids!

El personal es un amor , te tratan excelente pero para ser un resort de adultos es bien aburrido, sería más un hotel para ir a dormir y comer nada de diversión en parejas y el dueño debería invertir en modernizar el hotel esta bien antiguo y acabado . Hay mucha competencia afuera y otra cosa el dueño debería pagarles más alos trabajadores que abuso en verdad disque $14 dólares al día eso debería ser ilegal oh my god , ellos trabajan demasiado y dan un excelente servicio por tan poco dinero.

I loved my room the ocean view and pool view I saw everything. Room wasn’t in a location to view the sunrise or sunset. I had to leave the room to see both. I didn’t like having to book dinner every day. I would prefer having buffet style option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I didn’t feel that the dinners food was that great. I loved the sushi bar and the breakfast buffets.
