Good location, near to restaurants, convenience stores and beaches. Hotel has private parking and pool. Nice view to the sea from the terrace. Excellent service from Guillermo, Luis and Rafael. Room was cleaned. To improve: coffee. I would add a coffee vending machine for all guest in the lobby. This way we can prepare it ourselves, and have it hot and fresh. Gracias. Disfrutamos el tiempo q nos alojamos alli!

The staff was amazing and very helpful, and the room was cleaned every day, and given fresh towels. Its located at the end of 5ta avenida but they are great eating spots around mini supermarkets and pharmacy everything you need,if you want to go to the center you have to take a taxi which they order for you or if you have a rental you can drive there it’s about 6-10 mins

El hotel perfecto para escapar del ruido
Si quieres escapar del ruido, este es tu hotel, al menos cuando nosotros estuvimos no llegaba el ruido al hotel (finales de febrero) estás al lado de la Quinta Avenida, lo suficientemente lejos de la locura de esta calle, y esto es realmente importante, porque hacía años que no veíamos un área de fiesta tan tan tan ruidosa y con un volumen tan grande. En cuanto la habitación, muuuuuy grande con una pequeña cocina y sala se estar con sofá, el baño pequeño, pero realmente no necesitas nada más, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo (nosotros preferimos lo segundo) una pequeño balcón donde poder dejar tus toallas y bañadores a secar. La cama era gigante y muy cómoda. Abajo en la recepción tenían café preparado cada mañana. Por poner una pega, la conexión wifi era realmente floja. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Property management were very strict didnt allow my son to enter room for visiting suppost to visit only in Lobby.... Consttuction all around property and neighbourhood around doesnt look safe as a lot of homeless people around neighbourhood.

For starters, we booked on Expedia and didn’t get the room we paid for. The hotel passed the buck to Expedia who didn’t help us. Buyer beware Grand 50 has a no cancellation fee, you will lose all your money.They gave us a room below the generator which cuts in all night and is extremely loud, we had to sleep with earplugs and basically had terrible sleeps. Any rooms on the back side of the hotel you will listen to this noise all day and all night. They decided it was a good idea to sand the wood around the pool therefore 3 days with no use of the pool. I awoke with several bites which were consistent with bed bug bites. We travel consistently for 6 months during the winter, by far the worst experience we have had. Wish I could add photos etc as I taped the noise so other potential customers could hear it. If you like your sleep and value your money this is not the place for you.

Hotel 50 suites is a very lovely, from the hotel lobby to the roof top. Close to a great beach. Right off 5th Ave. I especially appreciate the tea & coffee station in the fabulous Lobby. Thank you to Luis who went above and beyond to make my room changes bearable. This hotel is Easily my top pick for good value and convenience.
